LED Driver Products for Backlighting, General and Architectural Lighting Applications
	Supertex offers an extensive line of high-performance LED driver products for architectural lighting, display backlighting and general lighting applications. Our LED driver ICs range from simple, low-cost linear regulators to feature-rich switching regulators configured in buck, boost, buck-boost, and SEPIC topologies. These LED driver ICs offer high efficiency, excellent LED current matching, very low noise and a wide dimming range. In addition, they have a very wide input voltage range up to 450V and multiple output capabilities in the smallest footprints.

Electroluminescent (EL) Lamp Driver ICs
	Supertex’s single and multi-segment EL lamp drivers offer some of the best brightness-to-noise ratios in the industry. As one of the key providers of EL lamp drivers for cell phones, PDAs, watches, and MP3 players, we command a significant share of this market. Supertex also introduced the industry’s first inductorless EL lamp driver IC, which is ideal for space-constrained applications.

Medical Ultrasound ICs
	Supertex’s family of high voltage analog switches/multiplexers, pulsers, high-speed MOSFET drivers, and discrete high voltage MOSFETs offer the best price/performance ratio available today. The feature-rich devices offer the highest channel density, in the smallest packages, at the best prices in the industry. Integrated features such as bleed resistors in the ICs further reduce PCB density and overall cost by eliminating an external component.

High Voltage Interface / Driver ICs
	Supertex’s interface / driver products are designed with our advanced HVCMOS technology to achieve high output voltage of up to 300V. With excellent channel density and small footprints, these ICs are suitable for any application requiring multiple high voltage outputs, with current source and sink capability such as driving inkjet and electrostatic print heads, plasma panels, vacuum fluorescent or large matrix LCD displays.
